Lone Working & Violence At Work Training - Target Audience

It is the duty of any employer to ensure that they take precautions to protect their employees from harassment, violence and stress.

Any form of harassment or violence against workers can cause stress and in some cases injury and is always unacceptable. Violence and harassment at work can be committed by colleagues, managers and third parties such as clients, customers and patients.

Lone workers, who work by themselves without close or direct supervision must be risk assessed to ensure any potential risks are identified and suitable controls put in place.

This online course would fall into the category of a General Health and Safety Training course that Safety trainers would find useful to train relevant staff and employees especially lone workers and those that deal face to face with the public and handle cash. Bar workers and anybody involved in enforcing regulations would require this training. This course meets the training requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. It also meets the requirements of CHAS, SafeContractor, Construction line, Exor and other SSIP registrations plus HSE safety training requirements.
